The Service Center offers administrative services that are tailored to support of the educational, research, service and outreach activities of the faculty and staff of the Brown School. The majority of requests are completed within the walls of the Service Center, although some require coordination with an outside vendor.

  • Electric/Plumbing Issue/Cleaning Request (COVID‐19 Integrated Disinfection Plan)
  • Printing, Mailing & Business Cards
    Get tips on handling small print jobs to large mailings, including information on key print vendors.

Events

  • Two templates will be available inside of EMS for Brown School staff, faculty and students
    • EMS –  Brown Spaces  – No Support Needed (reserves a room with no additional services; template is automatically approved for display on internal/external calendars.)
    • Brown School Group Study Room template – available for students to book space

Addresses and Mail Stop Codes

With the launch of WorkDay, Washington University moved from campus boxes to mail stop codes (MSC) for postal delivery. You can find resources and tools on the mail services website, including:

General Mail Delivery – Brown School Service Center (BSC)

The staff at the BSC will continue to receive and sort mail into cubbies for individuals, departments and research centers at the Brown School. 

In order to receive your mail in existing boxes, replace ‘Campus Box 1196’ with ‘MSC 1196-0251-46’ in your mailing address (example below):
