Each month, an employee will get nominated and awarded the “Outstanding Staff Member of the Month Award.” The award will be a gift (tbd) and a certificate. The criteria for the award is that the staff member has to fulfill one of these areas:
- Gone above and beyond their regular duties in their service to the Brown School Community.
- Taken action to further the Brown School’s vision: A better and equitable society.
- Taken action to further the Brown School’s mission: To engage multi-disciplinary faculty, staff and students to create a better and more equitable society through leading rigorous science, transformative education and authentic partnerships.
- Someone who exemplifies the values of the Brown School in their work:
- Excellence in Education and Scholarship
- High Impact Scholarship
- Authentic Community Partnerships
- Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
