For printing and mailing services beyond the capacity of the Service Center, we recommend to support the WashU’s Preferred Suppliers.  You can find them in Workday’s Marketplace. Also, FedEx or Hi/Tec Copy Center are good resources for small, simple print jobs. Both vendors have worked with Brown School on projects including posters, flyers, and pre-printed notecards/invitations. Although the School has accounts with both vendors, you must process receipts and cost center accounts through Workday.

For WashU Brown School stationery: letterhead paper, formal notecard, #10 commercial envelope, and business cards, please refer to University Marketing & Communications site. There you can find information on how order printed stationery using the WashU’s preferred stationery print supplier Bender Inc. Purchase Orders can be submitted by the departmental purchasing designated staff through Marketplace in Workday.

If you have trouble finding Bender’s punchout in Marketplace, contact Lisa Owens in Resource Management for guidance.

For bulk or mass mailing projects that are too large to be handled in-house, you may wish to contact Washu’s Mail and Receiving Services. They can handle a variety of mailings for the School and can provide services and tracking information that responds to your mailing needs. Postage is billed through WorkDay and postage detail is uploaded to a Box file for departments to download their backup documentation.

If you need additional information, contact the Brown School Service Center at (314) 935-6600 or e-mail us at ServiceCenter@brownschool.wustl.edu.
