Grounded in social work values, the Master of Social Policy is a graduate degree that provides students with the skills to be impactful in the U.S. policy ecosystem.

This master’s degree is a one year, 31-credit hour program. The master’s will be completed in three semesters, coursework in the fall and spring semesters and a full-time three-credit internship in the summer. If you are pursuing another master’s at Brown School, you can pause it to take the MSP or add your MSP after completing your first master’s.
