Office 365 (O365) is a University initiative to improve the integration of email, calendaring and address books across the Medical School, Danforth Schools, and the Central Fiscal Unit (CFU). Office 365 is a hosted Microsoft email and collaboration service designed for universities and other large institutions.

Office 365 brings the ability to share calendars with others outside our school who are also on the Office 365 platform, improved service redundancy, and improved operating efficiencies. Our O365 license includes Microsoft Teams, a real-time collaboration tool that integrates instant messaging, video conferencing, project management, and many other functionalities in a single platform.  Faculty and staff who may work interdepartmentally or teach an interdisciplinary course will find that these improvements make sharing information more seamless.

Additional information on the service can be found at it.wustl.edu/services/email-calendaring/.
